Womens' Sleep

Women are more likely to report sleep problems than men. This includes a higher incidence of both insomnia and daytime sleepiness. Often women will begin to have sleepless nights associated with menstruation, pregnancy, motherhood or menopause and find it difficult to break poor sleep habits.
